How Recovena handles your information

What we collect

If you contact us about Recovena, we receive what you choose to send: your name, business name, work email, and optionally a phone number, the type of home-service business you run, and a description of your primary missed-lead challenge. If an interest form is enabled on this site, those are the only fields it asks for.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use the information for three things only:

• Product research — understanding how missed inquiries are handled today.
• Pilot communication — contacting you if there is an opportunity to take part in early testing.
• Launch updates — letting you know when Recovena becomes available.

What we will not do

We will not sell the information you submit, and we will not share it for advertising purposes.

Service providers

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and email you send us is processed by a third-party email provider. If an interest form is enabled, a third-party form provider may receive and store your submission on our behalf. These providers process the information only so that we can receive and reply to it.

Removing your information

Email hello@recovena.com and ask us to remove your information. We will delete what we hold and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
